2. Booking & Appointments

- Customers must provide accurate details about the appliance and issue when booking.
- If a scheduled appointment needs to be rescheduled or canceled, we request prior notice of at least 24 hours.
3. Service Charges & Payments
- Charges depend on the type of service, appliance, and extent of the repair.
- Service estimates provided before repair are approximate and subject to change.
- Payments must be made upon service completion via cash, digital payment, or other agreed-upon methods.
4. Warranty & Liability
- Repairs performed by Akay Services may come with a limited warranty (specific terms will be communicated at the time of service).
- We are not liable for any pre-existing damages, manufacturer defects, or issues arising from improper use of appliances.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring safe access to the appliance for repair work.
5. Third-Party Parts & Repairs

- Akay Services is not responsible for issues arising from unauthorized third-party repairs or modifications.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must ensure the appliance is accessible and safe for repair.
- Any pets or valuables should be secured before the technician’s visit.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Refunds are subject to service conditions and are granted at our discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Akay Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service delays or appliance malfunctions.
- We do not guarantee permanent fixes if the appliance has underlying issues beyond repair.
